Refund policy
At Train2Fit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@train2fit.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
