We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened (e.g. mouth guards, goggles)

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@train2fit.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
